Founder Fiona Leard draws on 30 years experience in the industry to bring you a range of intelligent functional sessions that strengthen and heal your mind and body and restore your health and fitness. Whether you’d like to workout or simply chillout we’ll assist you in finding the right combination of classes. And we welcome all ages and fitness levels!

AntiGravity® Fitness is the original and revolutionary aerial training technique that’s changing the way the world is exercising. Our teachers are of the highest standard and we guarantee to guide you safely through class as you discover new skills.
There are are some amazing health benefits of practicing Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® along with strengthening and stretching your mind and body! These include decompressing your spinal joints and keeping your spinal discs healthy, improving joint mobility and releasing tension from tight muscles, increased circulation, core conditioning, better balance and neuroplasticity of the brain.

Ancient philosophies are fused with modern day yoga in our Vinyasa and Yin style classes. Detox your mind and body as we guide you through a flowing vinyasa style class or allow you the space to heal and find stillness in our Yang & Yin sessions. Beginners are welcome in our small group classes. The room is warm and classes typically include breath, movement, mindfulness and meditation. All levels are welcome.
Looking for an individually tailored session? Fiona currently has a large private client base that ranges from students rehabilitating an injury to elite and professional athletes. You can train on your own or with a partner, or small group of friends. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, classes can also be arranged at your work place or training venue for team building or enhancing your athletic performance. Contact Fiona for more information.
Quiet, light and airy, we have a large space available for rent on an hourly, daily or weekly rate. This large space can be used for yoga, pilates and fitness classes or private training, and there are ceiling attachments for aerial/suspended fitness equipment. Our studio has change rooms, toilets and shower facilities, plus a kitchenette for food preparation.
For a minimum fee we can also advertise your classes or event on our website, social media and to our database.
