AntiGravity® Classes

AntiGravity® Fitness is a revolutionary training technique that’s changing the way the world is exercising. It’s practiced in 48 different countries by students ranging from beginners and those rehabilitating from injury to elite sporting professionals, and everyone in between. For those of you that like to relax we have gentle Cocooning and Restorative classes, and if you enjoy a challenge take our Aerial Yoga or Suspension Fitness classes.

Yoga Classes

Ancient philosophies are fused with modern day yoga in our Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes. Detox your mind and body as we guide you through various styles including a stronger athletic Power Yoga practice, a flowing vinyasa style class or allow you the space to heal and find stillness in our Yang & Yin sessions. Most of our classes are heated to a warm 27 degrees and typically include breath, movement, mindfulness and meditation.  All levels are welcome.

Pilates Classes

Highly experienced Physiotherapist Elaine Kober runs our small group Pilates mat classes and will closely supervise you as you condition and strengthen your body. Ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation, back  and joint strengthening, or to balance out your body to prepare for your next workout. For a class with a difference take our AntiGravity® Pilates – a contemporary style class with all the benefits of zero compression inversions to lengthen and strengthen at the same time..

Looking for an individually tailored session? Our qualified teachers will design a private training session to target your personal needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. Train on your own or with a Partner or small group of friends.

Join the International family of AntiGravity® Teachers. We host AntiGravity® Teacher Training several times throughout the year, beginning with AntiGravity® Fundamentals Levels 1 & 2, the pre-requisite to all other AntiGravity® Modules including Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness.
