AntiGravity® Classes


Experience the unique health benefits of zero compression inversions including spinal decompression, increased circulation and release of ‘happy hormones’. Our classes come to you direct from AntiGravity Headquarters in New York City.

To help protect our hammocks please wear a T-shirt to cover your under arms, pants without zippers or buckles and remove your jewellery before coming to class. BYO water and sweat towel or hire one at the studio.

Our AntiGravity Room is open 15mins before the start of each class so feel free to relax or practice your favourite poses in the hammock, or hang out and take some selfies!.

AntiGravity® Fundamentals

All levels welcome

Recommended for all FIRST TIME STUDENTS to AntiGravity, and designed to introduce you basic aerial techniques in the Harrison Hammock. You’ll build your confidence with zero compression inversions (hanging upside down) and feel your muscles stretching and strengthening as you mobilise your joints, and decompress your spine, resulting in a lightness and sense of freedom in your body. Once you feel comfortable in this class you can take on Aerial Yoga and AntiGravity Suspension Fitness.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 1 & 2

AntiGravity experience recommended

If you enjoy yoga, this class will give you a new spin on an ancient practice. Challenge yourself in a fun class fused with yoga poses in the silky Harrison Hammock. Class includes several zero compression inversions and sequences to leave you feeling strong and completely stretched. Previous AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals classes) recommended prior to attending Aerial Yoga Level 1, and Aerial Yoga 1 experience is encouraged before taking Level 2.

AntiGravity® YogaFit

AntiGravity experience recommended

Combine your favourite Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness moves in a challenging series of sequences to take your mind and body to the next level of flipping, swinging and flying. There’s plenty of zero compression inversions, you’ll feel worked-out from head to toe, and of course finish in a Cocoon relaxation. Please attend 3-5 Aerial Yoga or Suspension Fitness classes prior to attending this one. Previous AntiGravity experience is required.  

AntiGravity® Pilates

All levels welcome

Work hard as you strengthen, stabilise and decompress with Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel in the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock. The class includes zero compression inversions for spinal mobility, and exercises to condition your core and tone your upper and lower body. BYO mat or hire one at the studio. All levels welcome.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness

AntiGravity experience recommended

Take your fitness training to the air. Flip upside down, hang suspended, move freely through all dimensions of space, and build strength, endurance and confidence as you open your mind and body to new possibilities. Previous AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals or Aerial Yoga classes) recommended prior to attending this one.

AntiGravity® Restorative

All levels welcome

Release, relax and restore! Students often experience relief from back pain, stiff joints and muscle tension after taking this gentle class. And if you’re an athlete or simply love training hard this is the perfect recovery session for you. This therapeutic practice includes a zero compression inversion and movements to stretch, decompress, and free your mind and body. All levels welcome. BYO mat or hire one at the studio.

AntiGravity® Yoga & Cocooning

All levels welcome

Enjoy a gentle Aerial Yoga flow followed by an extended Cocoon relaxation and meditation designed to rebalance your mind and recalibrate your body. You will stretch and mobilise, before climbing into your floating savasana. The sensory deprivation and comfort while cocooned helps you find a relaxed state faster and stay rested for longer. A great way to relax after a long day or training session. All levels welcome.

AntiGravity® for Beginners

Ideal for beginners

If you’d love to try Aerial Yoga but you’re not sure if it’s for you, then this is the perfect introduction to yoga in the AntiGravity Hammock. Gain confidence as you learn slowly and gradually at your own pace in a small group, with hands on assistance. Places are limited to enhance learning. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
