AntiGravity® Classes

Experience the unique health benefits of zero compression inversions including spinal decompression, increased circulation and release of ‘happy hormones’.

We know you’ll love our hammocks as much as we do so please help us protect them by wearing a T-shirt to cover your under arms, pants without zippers or buckles and remove your jewellery before coming to class. BYO water and sweat towel or hire one at the studio.

The AntiGravity Room is open 15mins before each class so feel free to relax, practice your favourite poses or take some selfies before class.

AntiGravity® Fundamentals

All levels welcome

Recommended for all FIRST TIME STUDENTS to AntiGravity, and designed to introduce you to the Harrison Hammock and basic aerial techniques, including zero compression inversions. This class is a pre-requisite for Aerial Yoga and AntiGravity Fitness.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 1

Level: Intermediate

A fun, challenging class fused with yoga poses in the silky Harrison Hammock. Class includes several zero compression inversions and sequences to stretch and strengthen your mind and body. Previous AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals classes) is recommended prior to attending Aerial Yoga.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 2

Level: Advanced

A more challenging series of sequences to take your mind and body to the next level of flipping, swinging and flying your yoga. This class includes plenty of zero compression inversions, strengthening and stretching. Please attend at least 3-5 Aerial Yoga-1 classes prior to the Aerial Yoga-2 as more strength and balance is required to execute this series.

AntiGravity® Pilates

All levels welcome

Strengthen, stabilise and decompress using Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel in the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock. The class includes zero compression inversions for spinal mobility, and exercises to condition your core, plus upper and lower body. BYO mat or hire one at the studio. All levels welcome.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness

Level: Intermediate

Take your fitness training to the air. Flip upside down, hang suspended, move freely through all dimensions of space, and build strength, endurance and confidence as you open your mind and body to new possibilities. Previous AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals or Aerial Yoga classes) recommended prior to attending this one.

AntiGravity® Restorative

All levels welcome

The therapeutic side of Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity Yoga, this class includes a zero compression inversion, levitating meditations and gyro-kinetic movements to stretch, decompress, and release tension from your mind and body. All levels welcome. BYO mat or hire one at the studio.

AntiGravity® Cocooning

All levels welcome

Designed to rebalance your mind and recalibrate your body, you will stretch and mobilise, before climbing into your floating savasana for a suspended meditation. The sensory deprivation and comfort while cocooned helps you find a relaxed state faster and stay rested for longer. A great way to relax after a long day or training session. All levels welcome.
