AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga & Fitness

Experience the unique health benefits of zero compression inversions including spinal decompression, increased circulation and release of ‘happy hormones’. Our classes come to you direct from AntiGravity Headquarters in New York City.

To help protect our silky hammocks please remove make-up and all jewellery before class, wear a T-shirt to cover your under arms and pants with NO ZIPPERS.
Our AntiGravity Room is open 15mins before the start of each class so feel free to relax or practice your favourite poses in the hammock, or hang out and take some selfies!

AntiGravity® Yoga Fundamentals

All levels welcome

Recommended for all FIRST TIME STUDENTS to AntiGravity, we will introduce you to aerial yoga techniques in the Harrison Hammock. You’ll build your confidence with zero compression inversions (hanging upside down) and feel your muscles stretching and strengthening as you mobilise your joints, and decompress your spine, resulting in a lightness and sense of freedom in your body. Once you feel comfortable in this class challenge yourself with Aerial Yoga and YogaFit.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga-1

AntiGravity experience required

If you enjoy yoga, this class will give you a new spin on an ancient practice. Challenge yourself in a fun class fused with yoga poses in the silky Harrison Hammock. Class includes several zero compression inversions and sequences to leave you feeling strong and completely stretched. Previous AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals classes) is recommended prior to attending this class.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga-2

AntiGravity experience required

This class will take your Aerial Yoga to new heights! Enjoy a series of sequences that challenge your mind and body to the next level of flipping, swinging and flying. There’s plenty of zero compression inversions, you’ll feel worked-out from head to toe, and of course finish in a Cocoon relaxation. Please attend 3-5 Aerial Yoga-1 classes prior to attending this one. Previous AntiGravity experience is required.  

AntiGravity® Pilates

All levels welcome

Strengthen, stabilise and decompress your body with Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel in the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock. The class includes zero compression inversions for spinal mobility, and exercises to condition your core and tone your upper and lower body. BYO mat or hire one at the studio. All levels welcome.

AntiGravity® YogaFit

AntiGravity experience recommended

Take your fitness training into the air. Flip upside down, hang suspended, move freely through all dimensions of space, and build strength, endurance and confidence as you open your mind and body to new possibilities. Have fun while you workout! AntiGravity experience (3-5 Fundamentals or Aerial Yoga classes) is recommended prior to attending this one.

AntiGravity® Yoga Restorative

All levels welcome

Release, relax and restore! Students often experience relief from back pain, stiff joints and muscle tension after taking this therapeutic class. And if you’re an athlete or simply love training hard this is the perfect recovery session for you. Class can easily be modified if you have pain or an injury as you work at your own pace. All levels welcome. BYO mat or hire one at the studio.

AntiGravity® All Levels

All levels welcome

Have fun whilst working out and improving your health. All students welcome at this Aerial Yoga class. The teacher will offer different levels of poses and teach you the basics so you choose the intensity you want to work at.

AntiGravity® Yoga & Meditation

All levels welcome

Enjoy a slow aerial yoga flow to stretch out and release tension in your body followed by an extended relaxation/meditation enclosed in your own private AntiGravity Cocoon. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
