“It’s important that my students enjoy their yoga practice and have fun with their fitness training. It is my intention to create a beautiful, welcoming and inspiring space where people can escape from the stressors of busy city living and restore balance to their mind and body so they can return to their life with a renewed sense of wellbeing.”
