“I believe all classes should be mentally restorative. Above all, classes reflect my belief that yoga should be accessible and enjoyed by all.”

Jackson Manzie

Jackson is what some might consider a true “yoga success story”. His yoga journey and passion for teaching began with a lengthy recovery from an autoimmune arthritis illness that left him with chronic back pain and anxiety. After his first class, he left feeling better than he had in years and immediately began a regular practice.

As his physical mobility and confidence began to return through yoga, he discovered the great sense of calm and renewed purpose that comes alongside a disciplined and regular practice. Very quickly Jackson was sure he wanted to learn how to teach yoga to others, completing his 200hr Vinyasa teacher training in 2018.

Jackson’s classes are slower in pace, with a focus on linking breath and strong poses to bring you to the present moment. Aside from just improving how your body feels, Jackson believes all classes should be mentally restorative. Above all, his classes reflect his belief that yoga classes should be accessible and enjoyed by all.
