Kristyn started practicing yoga 30 years when she attended her first class at the University in New Mexico. After being a student for many years she decided to become a yoga teacher. She studied with Esther Myers and became certified to teach in 2002. She has explored many types of yoga and enjoys incorporating the variety of styles both in her personal practice and with her students, depending on the desired goal. She enjoys teaching people who a looking for ways to relax and reduce stress, as well as build strength and increase flexibility, all of which contribute to less injury and illness and provide an overall sense of well-being.
