Lucinda Vale

After years of working in the corporate world as a lawyer, Lucinda discovered the power and benefits of yoga as a way to deal with the stress and effects of the job. After travelling to Costa Rica and completing training in Raja Yoga, Lucinda aligned her true passion in sharing yoga.

Lucinda’s classes place an emphasis on breathing and meditation to train the mind and work towards quieting the mind of all the modifications and fluctuations of the outside world.

Combining soul music with smooth asana transitions to invigorate the body – Lucinda encourages those to come to practice with an intention and awareness towards the cessation of the mind’s constant ramblings that prevent us from knowing our real Self.

With a goal to not eliminate the vicissitudes and challenges that are a natural part of life but rather to ride those ups and downs with ease and achieve a state of higher consciousness, peace and contentment.

Lucinda also teaches acro yoga, guides yoga nidra and when she’s not in the studio, is enjoying nature, practicing acro yoga and studying herbalism.
