Natalie was first introduced to Yoga in 2012 and knew instantly that she had found something she had a passion for, and it soon became the one thing she looked forward to each day. After years of exploring and deepening her practice she completed her certification in 2018 in Bali.
Natalie recently returned back to Australia after living in London for 4 years – an experience she truely cherishes.
Natalie is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, a certified Meditation Teacher and a Reiki Level 2 practitioner. She enjoys creating creative sequences connecting the mind, body and breath. With her calming energy Natalie will create a sacred space for you to quieten the mind but also challenge the body.
