Yoga for athletes

Looking for the edge? Fiona has been teaching Yoga, Pilates and AntiGravity to athletes and sports teams since 2004, to improve recovery, reduce the risk of injury and boost athletic performance. Arrange a session at your training venue or in the studio to complement the physical and mental demands of your sport and support you throughout your competition season.

Private group classes

Bring your friends, work colleagues or team mates for a private class designed especially for you. Choose yoga, Pilates or AntiGravity as a team building experience or a fun way to celebrate an occasion. We have 14 hammocks available for AntiGravity and can accommodate up to 30 people for yoga and Pilates.
