Working in banking, my day to day life can be stressful and mentally taxing. I’ve found yoga has become the way to ground myself and come back to basics – the breath and the present moment.

The experience during my 200 hour teacher training has opened my eyes to the true depths of the yoga philosophy and all the ways it can enhance and inspire life. I love the opportunity yoga provides to release the thoughts and actions that aren’t serving us, while generating compassion and curiosity instead.

My classes are a moving meditation … energetic, with a focus on both physicality and mindfulness to enhance the connection between mind and body. I truly believe yoga is for every body, and hope to create an empowering space for others to find their own sense of balance and peace.
